Consideration for admission to the LPN to RN Bridge Program is based on the following:
- All Applicants
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
- Current, valid, and unencumbered license as an LPN
- Nursing Program Application and related components (includes fee)
- Interview with the College Representative

Individuals interested in the LPN to RN Bridge program are to follow these procedures: (1) Attend the Institution's nursing information session, (2) Apply to the nursing program, (3) Interview with a campus representative (4) Receive notification of admission decision, (5) Complete enrollment paperwork, financial planning, and submit seat fee, (6) Complete required screening immunizations, background checks, and acquire supplies.
