Consideration for admission to the LPN to RN Bridge Program is based on the following:
- All Applicants
- Graduation from an approved LPN program within the last five years
- Current, valid, and unencumbered license as an LPN in the State of West Virginia
- Nursing Program Application and related components (includes fee)
- Interview with the College Representative
- Meets TEAS requirements (Reading-60, Math-60, Science-50, English-55)^

Individuals interested in the LPN to RN Bridge program are to follow these procedures: (1) Attend the Institution's nursing information session, (2) Take the Nursing Entrance Exam, (3) Apply to the nursing program, (4) Interview with a campus representative (5) Receive notification of admission decision, (6) Complete enrollment paperwork, financial planning, and submit seat fee, (7) Complete required screening immunizations, background checks, and acquire supplies.
^ Graduates of the West Virginia Junior College Practical Nursing program are exempt from the TEAS examination requirement if the following conditions are met.
- The graduate completed the Practical Nursing program within the last five years, and
- The graduate passed the NCLEX-PN examination on the first attempt.
